During the first visit to this client, it became apparent that they did not know what to do with the house. The rooms were too big and the routing wasn’t right. A radical approach was necessary. The entire routing was changed, but the authentic elements were, of course, preserved and a transparent midway section was added. As is usually the case with such conversions, the other rooms were subsequently also redesigned. Finally, the facades were given a new colour and a design was sketched for the garden including a pond and swimming pool.
